All Drains & Plumbing

David has always made himself available and affordable. He’s done work for us to replace some water lines in our house, and we’re very happy with the work. And when we thought we might have an issue with our water heater he came out at no cost and took a look and advised us on how to keep it running. We highly recommend him and will use him in the future for any additional plumbing needs.

This business is operating without a license and has been fined in the past for doing the same. The owner's son Jared whined about not being able to find my mom's septic tank and then had MY 85 YEAR OLD MOTHER shovel a path to the septic tank for him! After being there 7 hours and doing nothing but removing a toilet and shutting off my mom's water at the pump house, Jared said the current bill was at $1500 and he could fix the issue for $2400---but my mom would have to take her cats and move out....AND JARED WOULD STAY IN MY MOM'S HOME for safety reasons! RED FLAG--- RED FLAG--- RED FLAG!!! When my mom told him to stop working because she couldn't afford the exorbitant prices (especially for not even fixing anything) Jared arranged to meet my sister to be paid for what he said was owed at that point. Even though Jared told my mom the bill was at $1500, he told my sister if she didn't go through insurance he would take $500 CASH..?? (Not shady at all) When my sister asked for a break down of the charges and asked for his business license Jared became verbally abusive and irate. Jared said they don't need a business license to clear drains. Jared took the $500 cash and then walked back to my sister's car and threw $50 dollars at her, saying "Jesus wants me to be kind to those who are aggressive against me"....are you kidding me? My sister asked for a breakdown of the charges and asked for his business license....which are 100% justified (and warranted) and not at all aggressive. These people are unstable! Upon further investigation we found that Joe David Rivera (owner) and his son Jared both have criminal records, and from their reviews it is obvious that they get aggressive and angry with customers who question them in any way. One woman was so afraid of Joe David Rivera she had to ask a neighbor to be there with her for protection when Mr. Rivera was at her home. Jared left a HUGE mess at my mom's home, caused issues with her pump and never fixed ANYTHING. Joe David Rivera called in a panic after his son was verbally abusive to my sister, trying to do damage control and offered to give her money back. My sister instructed him to mail the money---and that neither one of them were to return to my mom's home or they will be trespassed and the sheriff will be called. As of the writing of this review the money has not been returned. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ALL DRAINS AND PLUMBING----THEY ARE NOT LICENSED.....they overcharge ----tried to get my mom to move out of her home so they could stay there and are verbally abusive to customers. WHO DOES THIS TO AN 85 YEAR OLD WOMAN??? SHAMEFUL! Contacting the Better Business Bureau, L&I, Attorney General......

The owner is posting dangerous rhetoric about women online. I'd be wary as a woman doing business with this guy. Here's a quote from one of his latest posts. This was in response to a video of a mine collapsing in Africa. "We should do equal rights so that women who think that we suppress them through all we do to love them can experience what we do to cherish them and provide for them. Let's make everyone, meaning women only, Who sit with Polish nails and hair Recently done at a salon do what we do for a year straight. Let them come home when they are worn out and physically exhausted and just want to see the face of someone they love so much and that they think all this effort is so worth it and little babies that love them without complaining. And then let us complain that they don't do enough. That are decisions and choices are stupid. And watch us prefer other women over them. And tell us they are going out for the weekend because their week was so hard."

This is what the owner thinks about women....
